If you have really bad acne causing scarring see your GP. He can prescribe antibiotics to clear up any infection and refer you to a dermatologist for more complex treatment.
If you're looking for complementary medicines, go for aromatherapy. You should be able to find one locally using the link below or you can self treat. The only oils you can use undiluted are lavender and tea-tree don't buy ready diluted ones; you'll end up paying a fortune for the carrier oil. They both act as antiseptics and promote healing so they should clear up spots and reduce scarring. I put a drop on my clean fingertip and apply it's where needed. It can also be diluted at about 10 drop of essential oil to 5ml (1 teaspoon) in a carrier oil such as almond or peanut oil but be aware that these aren't suitable if you have a nut allergy. It will stretch further this way, which might be useful if you have a lot of spots but some people find this too greasy. Personally I think it makes a good moisturiser. If you want to add essential oils to the bath use about 10 drops; add it to a carrier ooil first if you want a bath il effect or to whole milk if you want it to disperse.
Hope this is helpful.

Try mineral makeup. It is light but covers spots. It is made from natural ingredients so is good for your skin.
