Others getting in the way may be a sign the timing isnt right. If you want to go out with her- ask her out! How do you think the other guys do it? bribs? cookies? No... they ask her out.
You can sit on the sidelines all your life or get into the game- choice is yours

go up to her and talk to her, then tease her abit and then say u gtg...and just before u go ask for her email or number. then use that contact to tell her u r goin somewhere and say she may go with u
