Well Im not too sure what religion this would fall under but I think he would (as hard as it is to type) go to heaven. Because he looks at the world with the understanding of a child. And so he might capture the childs innocence... LOL

If Karma exists then he has to face serious payback for the suffering he caused although if he did act out of a conviction that he was doing the right thing then his suffering wil be diminished.
