You could do Yoda's explaniation of the force in Star Wars Empire Strikes Back.

Yoda definately has some good lines but most are one liners or dialogues with Luke rather than true monologues.
From Star Wars Episode III, Palpatine's speech to the Senate could be considered a monologue. Their's also Anakin's absolutely awful "I killed them, I killed them all" speech from Episode II. I don't remember any from Narnia but I only saw it once. Never watched Dr. Who.

Yea, I have Narnia and a few Star Wars at home; I'm not home so I can't really tell you anything. The speech, uh, what was the lions name, gave when the white witch came to him before the war. You can do Palpitine's lecture to Anikan before turning him into Darth Vader. Just a few examples from the top of the dome.
