So this is the deal. I'm 22 just got into college. All of my life I've been introverted, it's changing gradually, I'm trying to be more and more sociable now. But all the girls I hooked up with in High School and after were because they took the initiative. I'm not the hottest guy in the world, but I know I'm attractive and a very interesting person, but I don't have any flirting, dating, hooking up skills. My ex told me that told me that her female friends found me attractive too. The only girlfriend (my ex) l've had, she gave me the first kiss and then everything started from there...

So I'm here in college with no dating, flirting, hooking up skills. I'm sober now, so I can't get drunk/tipsy to get courage. And I'm not in parties all the time where the crazy girls are around drunk and trying to get laid. So I really don't know where to start now. I'd like to hook up with girls, probabbly mess around or get into a serious relationship, really whatever pops up, I'm open to anything.

I know I should focus on college, but I'd really like to have a girl. I'm doing great right now... in school... but I'd like to have a female friend...

That's cute, you're a shy guy. Well you need to start off with talking to a girl, you will get this feeling that its the right time to flirt and it will hit you right then and there how to do it. Start off with compliments or a date. It should branch out from there.

good luck sweetie!

if you just got into college, devote your time to studies for awhile, get to know people, get to know girls, as friends. Then go to class meetings or someone's birthday. I'd recommend for you to get your education first and then think about relationship stuff. If you do it the other way it is going to mess up everything.

Good luck
