Air tight sealing is the best and least expensive, once you purchase the product. Have you seen this amazing product Sharper Image makes? It's a set of containers that keeps food fresh for more than 4 weeks, it has a special component, the container, a silver edge that allows the food to be preserved and keeps it fresh, they sell it on the Sharper image website.
