Apply a paste of baking soda and lime juice to the pan and let it soak for 30 mins.Scrub hardw tih a plastic scrub if it is a non-stick oan.If it is aluminium/iron,use steel wool soap pads. They do help though it takes a lot of elbow grease.

Oven cleaners are not recommended for use on cooking pans.

The only other thing to do would be to buy a new pan.

Don't use oven cleaner !!! Vinegar might work...It has many uses...Let the pan soak , scrub it and soak if needed. Keep repeating until clean. Make sure to season pan. Next time use spray/oil before cooking.
