want to reduce my weight as soon as possible!not much fat but not so slim also!

u can definitly try all the above but the best way to reduce weight is.....take one tbsp of lemon juice with warm water early in the morning....and after every meal drink a cup of plain warm water...try this.u can see the result in just 15 days.

Have focus to achieve your goal to reduce your weight. Losing weight is very hard... You eliminate food more in fat or the food that u really like that contains high total fat. You need to ask advice or visit to the professional for that matter to be safe, instead u want to be healthy than to be horrible situation.

humm, the best way to loose weight is to exercise. You know what sort of exercise is the best to lose weight? Swimming, i'm talking about lap swimming, because you don't just work with one part of your body, you work with all parts of your body, neck, arms, legs, lungs, very convinient way. You can always join like 24 hour fitness gym, they have indoor swimming pool there. If not, running is fine. The thing you eat though, have you ever go to bed with an empty stomach? ya, that my friend, helps you alot. You wake up in the morning feel a little lighted, but don't abuse it. Swimming, eating salads (with little dressing as POSSIBLE), fruits, water, eggs, soybean milk. THere you get a healthy and blance diet.

Ok i lost like 5 kgs really fast , i ll tell u wat to do
- Ride a bike (its really good)
-go for long walks
- do some Sit ups and Push ups while listening to a song or watching t.v
I m not gonna tell u to go on a Diet , its not alwayz healthy , But u gotta watch what ur putting in ur mouth , i mean u can only have fast food once a week , and dont eat Ships alot , u can still eat chocolate and cake but in small portions
