They're still humans, but apparently next to noone in this country cares whether they live or die unless they are legal citizens.

Kind of a silly question. Humans are humans period.
It's the fact that we have nations and borders and systems to accomplish the business of these systems that we invented documentation.

But documentation doesn't always make you a citizen either. My coworker, a citizen of India and non-Green card holder, got a voter registration card in the mail 4 yrs ago with a SSN that was not hers and categorized her as a Republican! This year our state went to a fancy plastic voter ID card and guess what, still a non-citizen, she got one of those too!

How many non-citizens are being falsely registered to vote and how is this affecting our electoral process? Documentation is a false security in this day and age when forgeries abound.

Yes illegal aliens are humans but they are not citizens. They are infact human beings that have become criminals by illegaly entering our country. I agre they deserve better lifes but we cannot provide this life to them at the expence of american citizens. If you believe in so much compasion then why don't you sell everything you have and give it to a 3rd world country. Because then you would be living the same life as a person from a third world country. All we are wanting is to secure the families of our own citizens before we take care of the people from other nations. If we can afford to give one illegal immigrant family money then why do we have a single homeless person in this country. We can't afford to take care of other nations until we make sure there is no american citizen without first. Men, women, and children die each day of starvation but until we have taken care of ever last citizen we should not help them. To do so would be to discriminate against our own citizens.

All people are humans. If you are referring to the term "alien" then if lack proper documentation because they do not have it due to them legally being a citizen of another country, then yes, they fit the description of being an alien; never heard not human. There are citizens that lack proper documentation; I know a lot of people that have lost or never received things like birth certificates, social security cards and i.ds.

They are humans, but not much else.

EVERYONE needs documentation here in US in order to go to school, get healthcare, go to work, buy a car or home, etc.

Not just immigrants but citizens born and raised here need birth certificates and SS cards and immunizations and ID cards or Drivers Licenses.

They are human but they are costing tax payers billions:

....Health care
....Overcrowded schools and not enough teachers. It is our property taxes that pay for our own children's education, not illegals.
....It is a take, take situation. Half of what they earn is sent back to Mexico.
....Employers may profit from cheap labor but the rest of us pay the bill in benefits.
....They do not want to learn the language and expect us to adapt to them.
....They take our generousity as their due and have no gratitude.
....There is also the criminal element entering our country, harming our citizens and costing thousands in the court system.
....We have increased cost for law enforcement.
....We must pay our taxes and social security. Illegals contribute nothing and consequently our social security system is headed for disaster. Our seniors could have health care and greater S.S. benefits if we were not supporting illegals.
....WE PAY FOR ALL THIS. It's not compassion it is being used and abused.

We must demand leaders that will tackle this problem vigorously.

People are always people, genius, but the issue of immigration is about people basically deciding to do whatever, and go wherever, and fart off observing the law. Now, you have to look at both sides of the thing, on one hand, open borders have promoted commerce, advanced relations between countries, and on the other hand, helped career criminals to ply their trade, and malcontents to spread their crap. Who do YOU want coming to visit? Hmmm...

As long as you developed in a the foetus of a human mother.
You are very much human.

Illegal aliens are people too, they just don't have proper documentation, So are there-fore called illegal aliens.

They do not have the full rights of another American citizen as they are an illegal.

look at it this way and it has happened.

A person with amnesia with no i.d. on them is still helped like any other human.

So if paper work makes you a human then i guess amnesia and no paper work would not make one human.

just a thought
