I want to clarify that this question is simply out of curiosity. I am on a diet right now and was just curious about different detox methods. Thanks for the answers that have been given! <3

I think you are referring to coffee as a laxative. And I would read up the attached wiki page for details of coffee on the body.
The best detox is water because it is pure, has no added chemicals and has a cleansing effect on the body and is essential for good functioning of the bladder. It washes out toxins from the body, and cleans the inners. You want to drink at least 10 liters of water a day for detoxing with water.
If you do want to good non-water detox, prune juice is said to be suitable.

good day i've the equal challenge! I HATE the style of water. I use Crystal mild packets ( I perfer lemonade) in my water. IT REALLY makes it style alot bigger! i even cheat and placed crystal mild packets in flavored water too for extra taste. Crystal mild packets are handiest 10 energy and filled with taste, i am certain your dad will like them. They helped me get my water consumption. additionally WHITE tea can hydrate you too.

the coffee is administered as a colonic irrigation,dont worry,its cold
still not pleasent though!
