i'm looking for an online college that is Totally legitament and will get me hired in Medical Transcription not just some phony certificate that employers will laugh at?

Phoenix Online is a legitimate college.
Any bricks and morter college with an online program will work. You just have to find one with an online degree in Medical Transcription.

If you want to be taken seriously, don't look for an online college to become a Medical Transcriptionist...try Bryman or UEI (in Ca) or something of that nature...better than chancing it on an online college. Better yet, go to community college, transfer to a university, and aim for higher educatiion, it is well worth it in the end!!!

Honestly, if you are seriously set on an online education, then try to do satellite or distance education from a local universtiy. Most have it. That way you do your work on your own time at home but it's from a university, so it looks better and potential employers will take you more seriously.
