I wish there was a spell a could put on you... poof he's out of your heart ... but it don't work that way... get with your friends and let them know you need them now... they can help keep your mind occupied... and a shoulder to cry on is good for the soul... it'll be ok in time... I know that's what everyone says but it's ture... spoil yourself ... try to treat yourself to somethings you enjoy... things that feel good... hope this helps

You are just like me. Very needy, it's not a bad thing at all, it's just something guys have to adjust to. It's understandable to love someone so much that it hurts, but if he claims he loves you, but he hurts you, its a hard call.
