I think it's different for everyone, but I've always had it as: 1st base: Make out 2nd: Heavy petting 3rd: Wanked off/sucked off : ) Homerun: Sex There isn't a true definition though

Yes kids still say that because they're still KIDS! lol Once we get older we mature and use different terms to hooking up. The new terms I think are getting to know each other phase, asking be my bf/gf phase, kissing/holding hands phase, dates phase, and many more...

Yes, that has not changed since so long ago. New terms: f*u*ck, sh**ack, laid, banged, RAM, look for a Ghetto dictionary online. That should help you out with this.
