Depends on the people, anyone can be dumber than somebody. I've seen a lot of smart blondes, and a lot of smart brunettes... I've also seen a lot of dumb ones, too.

Hair color has absolutely nothing to do with a persons intelligence... I am blonde, and I am on a full ride scholarship at a very well known university. I could dye my hair red, and it wouldn't change my intelligence level. Dumb Blondes are just a stereotype, and I don't feel that you should ever judge someone by the way they look!

I don't know. I think most of them just act dumb because they think that guys like that sort of thing. I don't know why a guy would want a girl that acts like that, but whatever.
