What's ironic about Iran is that homosexuality is illegal and can lead to these types of situations, however gender reassignment (sex change operation in layman's terms) is not only accepted, the government helps foot the bill!

a scholar (sheikh Hamza Yusuf) gave a speech listing the three crimes that are punishable by death in Islam according to the sunnah of the Holy Prophet (saw)..... homosexuality was not one of them. i think this is disgraceful and (maybe some will be upset by this but my Islam allows me to speak freely ) i wish ppl would stop using the Iranian "Islamic Republic" to represent all Muslims. in my opinion there are many unIslamic things being done by their government.

Allah knows best
Asalamwalaikum

ps Iranians please forgive me... it is the government i take issue with not the people

It's not just Muslims that prohibit gay...
Bible also prohibits gay and free sex...
Even the Pope has said so...
If you are a Christian, you should've known better...
Read the Bible well, dude...

You might also ask why the Catholic Church established inquisition, kill Galileo and Copernicus while they were talking about the truth...

Ahhh i don't. Iran is a modern day nightmare. I have no support for them. But should i accuse all Christians of being part of the Klu Klux Klan? Any Muslim that justifies this is kidding themselves though.

Homosexuality is a religious sin and an immoral thing to do that can ruin societies and it goes against God's rule of a man/woman combination.

If God has made it a sin, its only for us not to do it cuz it will definitely have some wrong effects on us.
