You cant just bring up sex to her.
Grab her leg under the table with your hand and squeeze a couple of times. Smile right at her. Touch her and stare at her make eye contact (no smile) count to three then smile as you look away.
Judge by her reaction if she wants more.

Why don't you want it to be obvious? It's gotta be obvious at some point, right? What's the big deal if she tells you she wants you?
But if you can't bring up the topic of sex, then you're not ready to have sex. Remember, sex has consequences-- whether emotional or physical-- so if you're acting like such a wuss that you can't even find out if she actually wants to do it, then skip it altogether.
