Tell her straigh forward.......n b a bit rude so tht she realizes tht shes wrong...or elz ignore her for sum dayz n thn she'll ask u tht y u r ignoring her thn u'll ans tht u dont like her bad habits....so!!! NOW GO AHEAd n TELL HER!!!!!!!!

You are not telling us much as for what the bad habits are, but I can tell you one thing, people don't like to be judged or criticized. Especially if it's true. The best way is give the right example as to what you reprimand her, and -or, give examples of "friends you know" to give her the message indirectly. It will make her think , and she will see herself in your anecdotes.
