none it will heal on its own

mostly pain and tenderness at the fracture sight. this type of fracture is more like a "crack" in the bone-almost like cracking a plate but it not breaking (it just leaves a line in the plate where your cracked it). it will heal on it's own in about 4-6 weeks.

if you were not given pain meds for this, take ibuprofen. take 200-400mg every 6 hours as needed but no more than 1200mg in 24 hours.

try not to use the bone that was broken. if it was an arm or leg-don't bend it or apply weight or pressure to it.
