Proverbs 6:6 "Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!"
Proverbs 6:9 "How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep?"
Proverbs 13:4 "The sluggard craves and gets nothing, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied."
Proverbs 20:4 "A sluggard does not plow in season; so at harvest time he looks but finds nothing."
There are many more.
Just do it!

Since I can be one of the best procrastinators......I started making a master list of everything.....everything I need to do and then break down that list daily regarding priority..........I make sure I follow my list....for me procrastinating is really being lazy.....and not wanting to face something.....or I just don't want too.....also, I ask God every morning to help me.....give me the motivation to get my work done......it's worked......and at the end of the week I have been stunned when I see my crossed off goals.......how'd that happen.......

Get off yahoo! and do what you need to.
1 Corinthians 10:31 says "...whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
Is your procrastination showing others how you are devoted to doing your best for God?

There are plenty of scriptures contrasting diligence and laziness. Unfortunately I am not home with my notes to tell you an exact location. I do know there are plenty of good examples in the Book of Proverbs. Get with me 2morrow evening and I can show you the Way.

Um, try to realte this to your own experience becuase i think you shouldn't be always relying on religion to answer your demise. Instead look up to extistentialism where you are the actions of what you do.
