Muscle ball crunch ball with others. On the floor or an incline or on an inflatable ball, pass a heavy muscle ball around with others. You can either hold the crunch or relax after you throw the ball. With 3 or more you can catch to one side and throw to the other. The twist will work a greater muscle range. The competition and fun of making it a game will give you an incredible burn.

You can do some exercises in the kitchen...

No matter how many crunches or situps or oblique twists you do, you'll never see your abs if your diet isn't in check. Clean up the diet, get your cardio in, and you'll get dialed in.

Sit ups on an incline and sit ups with someone throwing a medicine ball at you. Those are the best!
