at 5 '4' i have lost about 15 pounds and am 5 pounds away from my goal weight which is 120.
i think i look pretty good but my thighs are still big. basically all my fat goes to my lower body and my butt has gotten noticably smaller but my thighs just stay the same it seems.
i have maybe lost and inch on each one. do you know anything that could help me? i really dont exercise much so maybe some exercises? but i dont want to bulk up my thighs.
