at 5 '4' i have lost about 15 pounds and am 5 pounds away from my goal weight which is 120.

i think i look pretty good but my thighs are still big. basically all my fat goes to my lower body and my butt has gotten noticably smaller but my thighs just stay the same it seems.

i have maybe lost and inch on each one. do you know anything that could help me? i really dont exercise much so maybe some exercises? but i dont want to bulk up my thighs.

I do not know if in case you have Digital Cable or now not, however should you do, cross to Excersize one Demand and there is a Cheer one... it says that Paula Abdul is in it however they are totaly mendacity however truthfully, after 10 min of that video I used to be death! The subsequent 2 days, my inside thighs have been burning! I've certainly not performed any excersize that labored my inside thighs so good!

ooh, i know this one! do cardio! (that's resistance exercises, in case anybody's wondering)

like marathons or track, or even soccer. look at people who practice those activities professionally; they have really skinny legs (and they're really skinny overall), as opposed to us gymnasts who are fat/chubby (or muscular and thick in the case of the guys).

(note that just running is not a resistance exercise. resistance means doing it untill you're so exhausted that it gets sort of painful to breathe. i know it sounds cruel, but i got it all from a book)

you'll probably lose flexibility, but i don't think that's an issue. and you can gain it back after you have lost the weight you didn't want.

The thigh master works very well. It will help you slim down your inner thighs. I have the same problem with my thighs.

I suggest running. It will burn more calories and make your thighs nice and lean. I bet you look great and congratulations on your success.
