Did you call 911? That might have helped her a little.
It's hard to say if you should have done anything else. My nephew tried to help a lady who got into an altercation with a man, and the man shot him--to death. Here he was, 27 years old with a wife and new baby, and we don't have him anymore.
My favorite nephew, too, the one who did all his widowed mother's household repairs and never hurt anyone.

Exactly what you did do. Walk away.
Although I am not particularly fond of people too ignorant to pay attention to traffic laws and would have cussed the guy out myself if he did not have the right of way I refuse to condone her actions.
Whoever punched her in the face for her remark was justified as far as I'm concerned.
I likely would have done the same.
While I am an advocate for this woman's right to her racism I cannot fault the man for his reaction to it.
She got what she deserved. Her words were responsible for his response, not your actions or lack thereof.
I fully support anyone who comes to the aid of someone being bullied but it would appear from your description of the events that the woman was the bully.

You should not have left ...you witnessed a crime...you should have gone into a public building close by and phoned 911...what you should do now is call the police and tell them you witnessed the incident, but feared for your safety at the time and now you would like to provide a statement if they want one.

Although I don't condone violence of any kind ... she'll more than likely think twice before making such an insulting statement again.
I would have went to offer her assistance. I doubt very much that the guys would have come back to "do you in" ... it's not like they killed her and didn't want a witness.

That's a hard one. While she shouldn't have said what she said, no man should ever hit a woman. If you would have jumped in it there is no telling what would have happened to you. Sometimes we have to stand up for what we believe, but if it might cost you your life, I don't know. Depending on the cause. Maybe you should have at least called the police with a description of them.

could have captured the incident with a cell camera or something n reported to police. the woman in the car should have watched her mouth and been more respectful anyway.

truthfully, i might experience like punching her interior the pinnacle, and then giving the 7/8 year previous a grimy seem for hitting his brother for no reason. yet, via fact that I of course have not got the balls for that, i might in basic terms wish for the international to do away with retards and go on with my existence.
