First you do not have frozen shoulder. Based on your what you have written you have a good ol fashioned muscle spasm around you shoulder blade. You did not say if you experienced any trauma or are in any sports. The fact that it hurts worse when you move signifies that it is not referred pain from the gallbladder rather mechanical pain. You also did not state how long you have had this, but I would think taking it easy for a while, maybe some ice packs or even moist heat and stop sleeping on you stomach should be a good start. If it keeps up go and see your chiropractor.

think about what might have caused it--repetitive exercise like tennis, golf, football? Repetitive motion at work? Lifting someone or something? Sleeping wrong? Were you in an accident? Do you lean on your right elbow when at the computer?
Does the pain respond to otc pain killers? Either aspirin or topical like icy hot? Massage? Have you tried to move your arm to diagnose the source of the pain?
Are there any arm positions that your shoulder blade doesn't hurt in?

Part of solving the pain is to discover what if anything you have done or are doing that causes the pain, and stop doing it. Another part of solving the pain is to loosen the spasming muscles and for that, you have to understand if you have injured it, what is the nature of the injury. Is something torn? Habitual tension in shoulder muscles for some reason? Is there impingement of your spinal nerves that is causing the problem? If so then stretching the spine will help. Bringing your arms behind your back, interlocking your fingers and squeezing the shoulder blades together to get some circulation in there. Doing slight backward bending.

There is a condition called frozen shoulder and the bite is that it lasts for about 4 years. There are several painful shoulder diagnoses so you will need to be seen by a doc. You should call the ER to talk to a nurse about these present symptoms because they match heart attack signs. Thought you should know, and best of luck to you.

Have you injured it? It could be many things but maybe a torn rotator cuff. See an orthopaedic doctor or a sports medicine doc asap. Hope you feel better soon.

You should go to see a specialist, take x rays, MRI and sonograms to see what the problem is, and also you should see a neurologist, just in case is some nerves implicated. Good luck!
