Garmin 2720: Xm radio traffic alerts AND Xm Radio in general?

just bought a Garmin 2720 and would like to get the traffic updates...How do I:

Get the right antenna cheap?
Get XM radio at the same time as the traffic updates?
Install it myself?

Check the owners manual. If it's not in there, there should be a site refferal for help.
