Having a driver in a relationship is contradictory. In a relationship both people should be equally driven toward success. However, motivation in a relationship comes from the one who is most driven to see that relationship succeed. It is when success is measured unequally that one person tends to be the motivator in a relationship.
Communication is the most important factor in any relationship. Without it things are doomed to fail. Each person shall know, and should want to know, what the expectations are for the relationship.

Neither, they both have the ability to just be the dominant or recessive. If the two go at it with each other trying to be dominant, then there will be conflict. The power of Love has to balance out one way or another. If both give 50-50 of each, then it can balance out pretty well. Of course, no one ever does that. It is more of a 60-40, 75-25, 80-20, 95-5. Whomever loves the other person the most is the one that can do much more than the other. Just hope that other person does love you back so much more.

Do you sense the comparable way a pair of relationship between a guy and a guy, or a female and a female? as a results of fact the relationships are the comparable, in ordinary terms the plumbing is diverse. if it's a good relationship, they should both be putting in their equal share of drive and motivation. I really don't think a good relationship belongs to anyone. They should both try to keep the relationship working.
