Pattern
---------
morning wake up: bottle
an hour later: breakfast. Cereal of some sort?
sleep
wake up: Lunch. Maybe some yoghurt and fruit?
play
snack: such as a couple of biscuits, or cheese and sultanas or something.
Before afternoon nap, another bottle
sleep
wake up: dinner, Vegies and meat, or just as long as they are getting vegies it doesnt really matter.
bath
play
Bottle
Bed!

Your baby would be able to eat a few lumps by now so even if you just roughly mash up some vegies.
My son has been loving Pumpkin and sweet potato mash with corn lately. And I steam him up some carrots, beans and broccoli and he feeds himself. He has just gone 1 though. But he has been sticking to this routine since he was about 8 months or so. If you find that your baby isnt eating as much as he should then he is probably having too many bottles in the day. At 10 months they should only need 3 bottles a day.
There are plenty of sites for recipes if you google them.. but i have found that i just keep doing my own thing anyway!
Here are a few things that my son eats that you might like to try:

Porridge with sultanas
Fish fingers
Mashed banana and avacado -they love it!
Toasted sandwiches- with any fillings!
lots of steamed veggies
watermelon
mandarine - they love it
banana milkshake
rice cakes with vegemite and slice of cheese
Biscuits
Yoghurt
custard
Veggie nuggets
Baked beans
cheese sticks
spaghetti bolognese
Sausages
scalloped potatoes
baked potatoes
stir frys
homemade vegetable soup with toast slices
dried apricots

they are just a few things that i can think of.. some finger foods which are great when they want to do it themselves>
goodluck and use your imagination

What ever happened to the basic 'cereals'?? My goodness, just cereals, fruits with little toast type biscuits to knaw on in between meals...then at lunch some little veggies & maybe some macaroni & cheese or something like that...why are you giving this child sour cream? Why not little tastes of yogurt NOT sour cream, what are you thinking? If he is vomiting, obviously that is a sure sign of intolerance...huh? Poor kid, try giving the kid some rice cereal with applesauce...then some gentle teething snacks toasts, crackers etc...hold off on fruits & dairy until he stops the vomiting...IF he is vomiting give him only liquids for awhile, make sure you give him PEDIALYTE...GATORADE will tolerate well too...but stop whatever you are doing & START OVER...poor little tummy is all messed up...mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs...think NOURISHMENT!! Call the pediatrician too...may be good advice from them to settle the little ones tummy...take care

dear
start giving regular meal of us with little garam masala. give the baby dal, fruits and wheat rice.
if u want to give some paked food give "EASUM" which is made of rice and moong dhal. it is good & can be given till 2 yrs. u can give boiled apple , banana which is not sour in taste. and pl. do not give water after giving banana otherwise it'll leads to cold. if u like to give NV then introduce boiled egg 2 days one.
whatever food u give to u r baby give with good mood and happily
all the best

you might want to check with your baby's pediatrician. I never fed my child baby food from the store. I fed my child things like scrammbled eggs, cream of wheat, mashed patatoes, nothing to heavy, and I made alot of my childs food homemade. simple foods like strawberries and bannanas, peaches, applesauce etc. etc..and packaged it in little baggies and put them in the freezer.

ok once again did you just get this baby?!...ask his/her MD what's best!..and never force a baby..they cry when they may be hungry and turn their heads away from the food when they are full....

I think rather than asking this question here, you should ask a child specialist all this .
