Maybe make him clean up the mess? The one time I drew on the walls when I was little, (I was 3 at the time) my mother gave me a sponge and water and made me clean up the mess I'd made. I wasn't happy, but I didn't do it again.

I know this isn't QUITE the same thing, but maybe making him clean it up and revoking privilages (and explaining why) will help.

you need to push aside exceedingly lots each remark in this website different than sarah's. i'm a habit therapist, so i artwork with this type of stuff on a prevalent foundation. it is not quite unusual on your son to poop his pants. he's in basic terms 4. if he replaced into 12, i may be somewhat greater worried. he's maximum possibly doing it for interest or via fact he's SOOO into what he's doing on the 2d that he would not decide for to make the attempt to flow sit down on the potty. sarah is acceptable, remember to by no potential react to injuries. act impartial and make him take part in cleansing it up. end giving him outcomes like taking his television or no longer letting him go outdoors. extremely, attempt precious him for easily pooping interior the potty, no longer in his pants. make a decal chart and then decide for some thing it is quite reinforcing. carry the chart interior the bathing room and tell him that each time he is going poop interior the potty he gets a decal. as quickly as he earns a special type of stickers (possibly approximately 5 to fifteen), tell him what reward he will earn. remember, it must be some thing he quite loves. some thing he would not get on a on a daily basis foundation. yet another technique might with the help of giving him a decal on a daily basis he would not have an accident. while he has earned approximately 5 stickers ( would not could desire to be consecutive days), reward him interior the comparable way. useful reinforcement for the acceptable habit is lots greater motivating than punishing him for an accident. you like him to decide for to poop interior the potty. be consistent with useful reinforcement and he will ultimately end having injuries.

I don't think that he "doesn't" want to use the toilet, but that he isn't taking enough time to do his business. Perhaps, you could try getting him to look at a picture book while he goes. It will divert him from wanting to get off the potty so quickly and give him a chance to do his business all at once and in one place. I did this with my youngest and it worked extremely well. Good Luck!

I had the same problem with my oldest son. His doctor said to give him a laxative then MAKE him sit there. Also tell him if he plays in hos poop then his hands will fall off. I know that it sounds mean but trust me it works!!

put him on the toilet instead. My daughter is 2 1/2 and is toilet trained and will use the normal toilet. You can also get smaller seats to put on them if needed and they seem to work well.
He wont be able to reach his poo if you put him on the normal toilet

He's not ready to be in underpants. He isn't potty trained, he just knows how to urinate on the toilet. Sounds to me as if someone didn't wait until he was ready to be potty trained, so this confused him. Now he is pooping in underwear...

Maybe you should watch him a little closer. Make sure he stays in the same room with you at all times.
