Go to the doctor sweetie- sounds like your thyroid is out of whack. I stopped counting my twitches and shakes over 3 years ago and have been on Levoxyl for quite a long time. What you described are symptoms of hypothyroidism and that is nothing to fool with!- it can kill you as it is a serious problem. No ghosts or anything silly like that; believe me when I say this as fact- ask for a TSH test! You may also want to ask your doctor about your pressure or pulse points; you may have fibromyagia. I have it. Hormones aren't to be messed with. I wish you the best of luck!

When I wasn't eating much I was getting chills. Usually it's a strong sign there's something wrong with your health. Your brain they say is comprised of mostly fat so if you're starving yourself it will effect your brain. Regardless though it sounds like you should have seen a doctor already. Bananas they say are a quick pick up and have potassium you might be needing now. You could also have Lyme's disease or parasites. But definitely see your doctor for a more accurate diagnosis. You might be having seizures. But at least you seem well enough to still think and write. There is also celiac disease which might cause some of your symptoms.

is it a chill or a twitch? a twitch may be something to worry about, but chills are just like shivers, nothin to worry urself over. i cant think of anything that could cause it other than a blast of cold air over ur back.

It's because you're sensitive to the presence of ghosts.
