are you sure you are not with anorexia?
But i mean as long as you eat and eat healthy you wont gain your weight back and you wont be starving yourself... and exercise.....
it's important to eat right b/c your body needs the right amount of vitamins and its dangerous to go from very fat to very slim in a few days so that means you were probably starving yourself...
and do not eat those pills.. i don't know how old you are but if you are a teenager you should be dieting like that cuz you are still growing...but if you are a grown up ...you should just control what you eat and exercise not stop eating.... and don't take reduce fat pills it is bad for your heart...
if this continues and yo start feeling sick also then see a doctor

By losing a lot of weight too fast is NOT a healthy way to diet. You may look unhealthy because you also lost a lot of vitamins essential to good health. Try a good vit. regamine, eating a lot of veggies and fruit that will replenish the natural ones you have lost. Also, if you were VERY heavy, lost it quickly, you may "LOOK" unhealthy to some people because it is a shock seeing you so slim so quickly. They just may need a little time to get used to the "new" you!

Do you think you look sick? If the answer is yes, then make an appt. to see your dr. Tell him or her how you went about losing the weight and ask him to have your blood levels checked for deficiencies. Also ask him for a pamphlet on a healthy diet for you to follow. Then, when people say you look sick, admit that you went about losing the weight in a not so smart way, but that you saw your doctor about your health and your learning the right and smart way to take care of yourself!

YOU HAVE TO EAT RIGHT! You are messing up your metabolism and not giving your body the nourishment it needs! If you are concerned about putting weight back on, get into a good excercise regimen, and just eat sensibly! It's also a good idea to take a good multivitamin, maybe even do protein shakes. People are saying you look sickly because you are making your body unhealthy by what you're doing.

Ah. The secret of dieting.

Believe it or not, but dieting depletes muscle mass more than it does total fat composition in your body. By cutting back on calories you are depriving your body of nutrients needed to maintain muscle health and size.

You look skinnier, because your muscles are smaller.

Of course, you lose SOME of your fat. Fat is a means of energy storage in the body. When the body is forced to survive on very few calories, it firstly depletes from the muscles by promoting less of a desire to remain active, which leads to what I've just signified to be decreased muscle health, then if your diet is truly strenous, it begins to take away from the fat.

But the reason why people are saying you look sick? Look VERY closely in the mirror.

You say you look slim. Of course. Your muscles are smaller.

If you've looked closely enough you'll see that you DROOP.

That's the abscesses of fat in your body still there that will never go away unless you exercise. Stick your arms at a "T" and wave them around a bit. You'll notice that the bit of fat is still jiggling about back there. Or maybe your buttocks when you jump around.

But before you exercise to get that stuff go away, EAT FIRST. If you don't get your nutrients and try exercising without them, you'll injure yourself and and sclerosis in your vertebrae because your bones are brittle, loose, and malnourished. Not to mention osteoporosis when you're older. When you're at that age if you don't take care of your body, your back will bend at a 90 degree angle. You don't want that.

You want to look fit, with a great-looking toned body. You want to look like you're confident in yourself, in control of your life.

You don't want to look sick. Think about it.

Even if you're so skinny and you think you look great and you're happy with your life, the fact that you're destroying your body will catch up with you and many illnesses will occur.

Do you want to look "great" lying in a hospital bed with a bunch of IV tubes sticking out of your arm, or do you want to look great, period?

Do what makes you feel good. Don't be unhealthy, eat and work out. I did the same thing and when people started telling me i looked too skinny, I started eating, roller coaster effect caused me to gain all my weight back.
