Well if it's really bad and bothersome, you could see a dermatologist and they can give you some creme to put on your scalp or you can try over the counter stuff like Head and Shoulders or T-Gel. Having a diet of fish oils help too. And keeping your scalp moist is a plus!

well i have dandruff some times to what i do is i use head and shoulders but i put it in my hair when its dry and the rinse or wet ur hair and then leave the shanpoo in for 5mins and then rinse
