if your son is system, they usually send a list of requirements as to how to get your parental rights back. We do not understand dcfs

i so know how you feel. ive been there a couple times with my girls? its hard and the system screws with your head. they even told me we didnt have court so i ended up not going just to look like an unfit mother. i dont know why they took your son away but as for me it was damestic violence. by letting my ex choke me and beat me (like i really let him) he almost killed me so for all of you out there i truely believed he would kill me if i left him i was exposing my girls to a bad life. then it was i dont have any way to financially support them, then it was i work to much and dont have time to spend with them. the councelors were even saying i didnt make it to the apointments. well after all of there crap they were awarded to there fathers parents. well now after fighting with them and the courts for 4 yrs on and off (they came home 3 times just to be taken back) my girls are finally home again and screw cps or dcfs. i dont have to open my door for them nor can they ask me any questions or look over my house without a warrent. and well cant get none of that unless they have proof of neglect, abuse, or starvation. they need more than just some dumb *** whos mad at you calling in making **** up. i wish you luck and dont let them screw you over. find a probono attorney one that specializes in family law or a law student who needs the recomendation they will fight for you to win for you!!! the court appointed nes are of course on the states side. good luck and hang in there its a very ruff, tramaic road ahead but your strong and you will make it through.

thing of what happened for dcfs to take him. clean up ur act and start vistiation even if they a supervised and fight(not voilent) with all ur strength to get him back

the first step is to pray, pray, and pray. the second step is to have faith in what you prayed for. the third step is to put some action behind your words and do what they require you to do and last but not least keep your head up high so you can see this through to the end

Clean up your act. If you can't. Or simply won't....the f-off.
The system is designed to help you. But, if you are a junky, criminal, prostitute, or child batterer (or likely all three), you can forget it.
