New Information posted: Ok, he will be staying 1-2 months from date that we fly and I will be returning within 1 week from the date we fly. By getting that authorization form when I go buy the airline tickets that should give permission to leave him longer in south america and let me re-enter the usa without no problems than?

You will need to send your son with notarized documentation from both yourself and his other parent.

The most important thing is the notarized authorization the above answerer is talking about. Your son need it to be allowed to board the plane, if he doesn't have it, he's going to be stopped at the check in counter at the airport and they were not going to give him a boarding pass.

If you have separate tickets then they shouldn't know he should be traveling with you on your return trip. The only way they would know is if you were both listed on the airline ticket. If he is staying with relatives, then that should be an acceptable answer if they do ask you.

You need to have a notarized authorization form. He may have problems leaving Latin America otherwise.

Your passport on my own wont get you into the country. you will possibly want a visa except you coach them your green card. With the call being diverse, i may well be constructive to have your marriage licence with you. yet my first selection may well be to get going and get the passport replaced on your married call earlier you pass. We have been informed it would take 6 weeks, yet Ive study that some are starting to be to be it after a shorter wait. stable success
