Tell her what you want. If your crush is in the office he should not mind, he should not even care! At this age boys knows about periods. so you should not feel ashamed. I didn't, I know exactly how you feel, the boy I had a crush on liked me for being me.
but if you feel embarassed about saying the word tampon just ask the secatary for a personal.

Well first.. I always carry tampons with me in my backpack and purse.
Second.. If I had to do that, and my "crush" was right there.. who cares!! I'm 15, the guys I "crush" on know by now what a period is and that every girl has one. It's not embarresing at all. And my "crushes" arn't any random guy.. they're atleast my friend.

In my school, the pads and tampons were in the girls locker room, so I wouldn't have had that problem. Anyway, I would have said I needed a tampon. There's no reason to be ashamed of getting a period.

Say "I need to see the nurse." The secretary will know not to ask you more questions.
If your crush was in the nurse's office (yikes!), then you could write it down. In fact, before you leave the classroom to head for the nurse's office, you can write yourself a note that says "I have just started my period. Please DISCREETLY give me some products. Thank you." Then when you get to the nurse, if you don't have privacy you can hand her the note. Good luck!

thats got to be a pain but just say that you have girl probs thy might know what you are talking about or say that you need to talk to some one in the office? teacher or ring your mun and about and it so it does not sound all that bad there are othere ways to ask for help without saying it straight out
but it is better then not doing it and having it show it her wonts to talk 2 you and tolet paper is not going to last to long

first calm down ask if u can be pardoned to ues the restroom till ur crush leaves if hes still there say u 4-got ur purse. then neither ur crush or the secritary will exspect anything
