Yes there is a condition like that. Think it is called generalized anxiety disorder. But, see your family practitioner or whoever is your front line doc first. You need to get any possible medical condition ruled out first...then if it still is the anxiety there are great medications as well as talking therapy which is very effective for this. You can led an anxiety free life..or relatively so. We all get a little of it now and then..except of course those most arrogant types..like egotistical males who are so allowed to be that in this society. They are so stress free aren't they?

Panic and anxiety are wicked things. Even when you are medicated, they can still be pretty bad. The key is getting it diagnosed, treated and under control before it turns for the worst. In my experience with it, just when you think it couldn't be any worse, the symptoms sometimes go down to an entirely different level. It can be Hell. Medications can be frustrating. Some of them don't work, some of them work great and some of them work, but not well enough.

Yes,I do.
Are you young?...How long have you been this way?
The sooner you get some form of help for this the better things will be in the long run.I struggled with this for quite a long time without telling anyone, and I'm convinced that it created more of a vicious cycle.
I would advise you to see a doctor. They can then advise you on the best course of action, which may include some form of medication.
Whatever you do,try not to fight it-I discovered quite early on that it only makes things worse...it may sound like the hardest thing in the world, but for the time being just try to accept that you are in this highly anxious state, and in time you will find something that will alleviate it to some extent.
Hang in there.
*Just seen your update...definitely sounds like you're experiencing quite severe generalized anxiety.

There are quite a few different types of anxiety disorders, the below link has a little information about them. I recommend you talk to your doctor, or to a therapist or counsellor about it. They can help you determine the source, come up with coping methods for it, or even prescribe medication to lessen the symptoms.

I think you should see a doctor about this... you may have a more serious problem that you don't know about
