well, why the hell wouldn't you be aloud to? I would if i were going to be in there a while. closing the window when you're only going to be in there for a few minutes won't make a difference at all, unless you plan on coming back for another visit soon after. The worst that could happen is that somebody else opens it back up.

Yes it's okay to close the window if you are cold. But I would open it back up when I leave, because the air from outside is good for airing out the "public bathroom smells" if you know what I mean.

oh gosh yes. i dont know about u but if im cold im gonna find a way not to be cold b/c the next person might be cold too so its a win/ be nice kind of thing to do. next time just go for it. i would without a second thought. oh and if they want the window open they can reopen it. it aint all that hard to reopen a window

Etiquette permits the closing of the open window within a public facility as long as there remain no stench from previous occupants.

it is ok to close the window.it is 4 u.if u r in a public bathroom u can do what makes u comfortable.
