There is this product from Clean and Clear that focuses mainly on reducing swelling and reddness. It is called spot treatment I think.

Just a suggestion, but Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula in the little round short container helps over time to fade red marks on skin. Hope this helps!

Use neutrogena's multi-vitamin creme for your face, it works really well...if its really red, you might want to try something stronger, but make sure it doesnt have too much saylicic acid, it can just dry out your skin. Neutrogena products have always worked really well for me.
