Baked Honey Chicken:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (3-pound) whole chicken, skinned
Vegetable cooking spray
2 teaspoons paprika
Garnishes: gourmet salad greens, lemon slices
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Coat a rack in a roasting pan with cooking spray.
Remove chicken from marinade, and place, breast side up, on rack. Pour marinade over chicken. Tuck wings under.
Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover; coat chicken with cooking spray, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 45 more minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into chicken thigh registers 180°, basting occasionally. Remove from oven, and let stand 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish; garnish, if desired.
Yield: 6 servings

We actually boil ours first for about 20 - 30 minutes, then stick it in the oven. That way it is very moist, and then bake it in a hot 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes to an hour, which makes the skin very crispy.

Take your chicken and place it inside an oven bag (MAKE SURE IT'S NOT JUST ANY BAG) sprinkle with roast chicken seasoning (available at most supermarkets) put in oven on 180 degrees celcius for 2 hours. Remove from oven bag and cook a further 30 min or untill browned and crisp on out side.

The oven bag is the easiest and somewhat faster. Follow the directions on the oven bag box. Then just cut the bag open for the last 30 minutes and baste the skin with melted butter or oil and it will crisp.

place arromatics (celery, carrots, fresh tyme and basil) into a baking pan.
Using cooking shears cut the backbone out of the chicken and lay it flat on the arromatics breast side up. Coat skin with olive oil. Cook at 350 until done.

prep your chik with spice and pepper and dont forget the sea salt, then put that bird on a nice piece of brick, ( any thing old and hard like a old brick or fry pan } then put that bird in the oven at 350 and let it cook, it wont take long, just keep a eye on it, when the skin is brown its over, rember, the bird will cook about 5 min. after you remove it from the oven.

I love chicken marinated in teriyaki and prepared with curry sauce. First i marinated the chicken, which i diced up first, in teriyaki sauce, spring onion, ginger, pepper, salt and curry powder. meanwhile i prepare the stuff for my curry sauce, while marinating the chicken.
I mince some onion, a little bit of ginger, i dice apple (sweet,rd.), pineapple, yellow onion and maybe banana, as you like.
Than i heat up my pan with some vegetale oil and stirfry the marinated chicken with the onion, i add the yellow onion, the apple, the pineapple sprinkle with flour and curry powder... season very good and deglace with coconut milk... allow to boil and season... serve and enjoy the delicious tast of chicken in sweet coconut sauce with a japanese hint...
love it or hate it...
