It does not have to breath but a snifter glass helps the enjoyment,( try adding one ice cube to bring out the flavor and cut a little of the sweetness)also tastes great with soda water over ice in a "bucket" glass

a brandy glass or similar is best, once poured hold glass in hand to warm for a few mins. If you have a coffe and some chocolate(dark not milk) coated mints with it it is a perfect after dinner drink.

I agree.. a warmed brandy snifter is best.. Never never never add ice!! It is not intended to be a drink on the rocks. Try it with scotch.. a Rusty Nail... MMmmmmmm
