My memory is horrible! I can't think straight, I lose concentration all day long, and I am having a hard time coming up with words or names. I've already had my baby 5 months ago. I thought it would get better after I had her, but I think I'm worse than when I was pregnant.

ginko biloba is a natural supplement that is supposed to assist in your memory and awareness. i always believe that staying sober and maintaining a regular workout regimine helps keep my mind sharp. also, try adding more raw fruits and vegetables in your diet. i always feel groggy or in an altered state if i'm eating snack foods which are high in sodium and/or sugar content. you'd be suprised how much difference eating an apple and a glass of oj for breakfast can set the tone for the rest of your day, compared to coffee and a pastries for instance.

You are fine, it has nothing to do with having a baby. If you want to help your memory take a daily vitamin or try take a vitamin with Ginko in it (helps memory).
But first ask your dr if it is ok since you may be breast feeding.

I'd heard about that when I was pg but didn't believe it could be that bad. My baby is 5mo and sometimes I can't remember my own name! I was arguing with my stepmom the other day about how old I am, LOL! What you're going through is normal.
