When I was a kid I always believed heaven is way up in the sky.
And hell is way under the ground. But now that I am older I am
somewhat afraid that hell is here on earth. And I'm not quite sure
where heaven is.

Heaven and hell are realms of the spirit, meaning the unseen supernatural. They exist outside of time and space; in other words, you can't plot their location on a star chart in outer space because they don't exist in this physical universe. Of course, Heaven is where God and the angels and saints are at, and Hell is where Satan and his demons are at.
God bless.
