If he's teasing you it is his way of flirting with you. Just go along with it and tease him back, the sexual tension you build up will eventually overflow into a night of hot, passionate lovemaking.

he likes you but hes afriad to say anything because if you don't like him, he's afraid he'll start to get attention the wrong way.(being laughed at)
