Ask her to come home and take a shower with you.
Just say Lets take take a shower together. She will laugh. It worked with my first wife. I stole the line from Chevy Chase.

first...don't do it over IM
second...don't do it over the phone
third...a girl will think your really cute (and will have a hard time turning you down) if you go out of your way to ask her.
ex:Go to her house when it's least expected and bring her a flower and ask her
forth...don't do it when there is a whole bunch of people around. She will feel pressured and she won't like it.
if it was me... anything romantic would work.

Just ask her. Be yourself and suggest something that you think you'd both enjoy. Don't try to be someone you're not just to impress her. That's only going to wind up hurting both of you. If she's not into you, move on to find someone who is.
