I suppose what that means is...
1. Do only what you believe is right and good - that's the rule to create a peaceful world.
2. Do namasmarana - which I guess is to repeat a name continuously in order to achieve one-pointedness of the mind, which will make us interpret the reality clearer and leave no room for illusion.
For me, the problems faced by the world is much severe and can't be easily overcome by what you suggest. Everything has to do with the will. If we have no will, even if the best solution is laid out in front of us, we will still keep with our harmful ways. Today's tempations are just too great.
