I doubt you'll find the dimensions anywhere.
Your best bet is to take it to a gunsmith and he'll fit one for ya.

OR...Got $75. to piss away? Get a replacement sight.

Screw the quadrant sight(pun intended). It's a useless piece of junk. Stick with the front leaf sight: it's quicker and just as accurate with practice.
