Although rarely employed, the proper way to pee on the side of the road involves a complicated contraption that hoists the pee-er into the air on a long rope, propelling them at over 100 mph in a circular fashion with the outermost edge of the circle tangent with the road. During this maneuver, clothes are quickly removed and the centrifugal force gives the pee-er no choice but to pee, even when embarrased to do so in public. Returning to earth at a manageable 6 mph the person is now awake, refreshed, relieved, and naked. Once you find your clothes, and put them on, the contraption can be easily disassembled and stored in the trunk of your car...and away you go!

I'm, a veteran road pee'er. if you have a four door..open both doors on the side facing the road and squat in between. That way no one can really see you. I usually try and find a nice stand of corn or a clump of brush. Somedays if it's really "gotta go" time..I'll just crouch against the side of the car (again away from traffic...you don't want to be hit by the truck while taking a pee) and go, traffic be damned. Did you know that in some states it is illegal? My ex got a ticket for "indecent exposure" for peeing on the side of the road. But I agree that you open both front and back doors on the port-side of the car (the one facing the woods) and squat in between them... sometimes this option is better than stopping at the local gas station's restroom that hasn't seen a mop, scrub brush, or even TP EVER...and worth the ticket if you get one.

Squat beside the rear tire and leave the back door open while you have a friend hold an umbrella or jacket out to sheild you from view. Also don't place your foot downhill or you will get pee on it.

Is there a proper way!!?? I quess if you had to pee that bad, the woods would be your best cover.
