Do you smoke or chew snuff or tobacco? If you do than there is a real possibility that you have tongue cancer. The only way to be totally sure is to go to your dentist (a dentist is trained to recognize signs of oral cancer) or family doctor. The dentist or doctor will know and be able to refer you for appropriate treatment.
Cancer is nothing to fool around with. My otherwise healthy 17 year old has cancer and he was asymptomatic until he was diagnosed. It was already stage IV at that time.
If your parents or doctor will not believe you, please be insistent. Your life may depend upon it.
Good luck.

Maybe you should stop smoking or kissing too much. It might be one of the reasons of this freaking thing. But it is not a cancer. Cancer does not hurt at first stage. So, stop kissing or smoking, and go to doctor.

Relax, it's probably oral thrush. Just go see your DR and they'll diagnose it from there. It's definitely not cancer.

please go to the doctor. It could be herpes on your tongue, just like the kind you get on your lip, or it could be cancer, or many things.
