Certain Dri...
Look for it in most drugstores.
It works.
However, DO NOT use it in the a.m. right after showers or immediately after shaving. If it comes in contact with freshly washed areas, it can irritate your skin. It is recommended to use it at night. There is also an a.m. formulation as well.
There is also Botox, and in the worse case scenarios, there is surgery to alleviate the sweating.
Talk to your dr. if it gets worse.

you're probably thinking a lot about getting hot. This may not make sence but i use to be the same way. use to think how badly i was going to sweat and get hotter thinking about the heat. Just relax, take with you a cool drink and don't make a fuss. That's what i do and i no longer have that problem. If its hot just wear light clothes. Dont wear a jacket to hide the sweat stains because you'll sweat even more

You can use baby powder. If you wear anything from short sleeves-long sleeves, then you can You might have a disease that can be cured. It's basically when you sweat too much. The procedure can be pricey, but you won't sweat anymore. It takes out the sweat glands from your underarms.Or you could get injections of botox every few months so that sweat won't go there because it's numb.

Try certain dry. I have heard it is effective to switch your deodorant brands often.Maybe you could try like dove for a week then try arm and hammer the next, just rotate them,it works for my husband. He teaches surgical procedures and he used to feel awful about talking to these people with wet armpits right through his shirt. He doesn't have that problem any more because he rotates his deodorant/antiperspirant.
