and you are at an outside event you have been standing in line for at least an hour and you cant hold it in any longer and its the only portapotty there

Seriously I would NOT use the loo.
I would go find a bushy area, on the way whip out a tissue out of my hand bag (I never go any where with out tissues). Do my business and then find a tap wash my hands, then find the owner/host of function and complain about the state of the loo.
Using a loo that has pee all over the seat, means that there is a fair bet, there is pee all othe the basin and door handle too.

Hovering is certainly the best option on the table thus far, but when placed in such a desperate position it's a good time to sacrifice a sock or two to wipe down or cover the seat and if necessary wipe yourself (with the clean one). If not a sock, then tear off a shirt sleeve.
Finally, if you're clothing is so skimpy that you've nothing to spare, then you might as well whiz outside in front of everyone else because modesty probably isn't much of an issue anyway.

I would pee myself before I would sit on a public toliet even if it appears to be clean.There is no way to kill germs by wipeing a pissed up toliet with toliet paper.I sometimes squat but if I had the choice to whip toliet with toliet paper or pee myself I will pee myself.May sound nasty but I cant catch anything from my own pee like I can a public toliet.

grab a freind and ask them to stand guard as you do ur thing in a group of bushes or behind a building, then air-dry or just pull 'em up. lastly run away

You develop strong leg muscles and learn to hover. BTW, there is ALWAYS pee on the seat, even if its dried pee.

your best bet is to find a tree go on the ground and then use your underwear the wipe then go without underwear or just air dry
