No,the marriage ceremony is pretty much a man made thing.Read about Isaac.When Rebecca came to him from Syria,he just took her in his tent and ,voila,she was Mrs.Isaac.(Genesis 24:62-67)
When he took her ,she was his wife ,so it's good y'all stayed together.

I would never marry someone I hadn't had sex with. Just like everything else, you wanna see if you mesh.
That being said, I don't think that you're going to hell for premarital sex. You mention certain situations. They don't really matter. Sex is sex. Marriage is a man-made construct. Some will say that it's defined in the bible. I'm not much for believing the bible as the word of God. Besides, think about it, people are capable of sex at age 12-14. You're suppose to wait until after high school, college and setting up a career? Does anyone expect people to wait from age 12 to 20 something to have sex? Or, worse, everyone get married 16?

Friend if you find yourself in hell it will be because you denied the free gift of salvation in Jesus Christ. Sin is the cause of hell. There is only one unpardonable sin and that is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost.
However keep it mind it dosnt help you to try to justify sin. In the examples you give that is exactly what that is. Well I had to take care of this first or that first. If you want to avoid the sin associated with your comments, avoid sex outside of marriage.
That does not mean that if you have already done this that it is unforgiveable it is not.
Look to the word of God for guidance friend.

If you are speaking in the Christian sense then no way. That's not something that God is going to be particularly pleased with but He isn't going to reject you for it. You are still His child. What father would completely reject His child for disapointing Him? Not a good one and God is perfect. Just try to be better and make your Holy Father proud. FYI money is never a good enough excuse.

you can get married before the church or mosque or synagogue free of charge as far as i know. why couldnt you just get married in God's eyes and the worry about the legal and financial aspects when you are able?
