Fill your mop bucket with hot water and a lot of bleach and mop the floor really well....make sure you have plenty of ventilation. You do want to make sure that you don't have water coming in though. Concrete has moisture in it, so before you lay down your wood floor, you want to to put strips of pressure treated plywood down first. Pressure treated lumber is expensive, so it is cheaper to rip 2-3" strips of p.t. plywood, 8' long, and secure them to the floor with concrete nails. I recommend you then place either poly plastic wrap, or Typar down over the p.t., and then lay down a plywood sub-floor, and then the finish flooring. If you don't put the p.t. down first, then you will be creating a nice environment for mold.
